Progression from image taking
How do I expand this project further?
Through memory and talks with family, I now feel it appropriate that despite original material no longer being available, I feel the need to re-create some of what I made as a child.
An artist book is the first step, but how does one begin with the making of such an elaborate and personal keepsake..
Handmade paper was always a favourite, embedded with collage, dried flower specimens, poems and stories on how i felt and what I noticed...
The imagery is now no longer in the forefront, as a book is salient to this project and in seeking out memories and the re-tracing of steps...
